WriteNinja provides AI content humanization services that transform AI-generated text into naturally human text. The Service includes web-based tools, APIs, and related features.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
- Use the Service to generate spam or misleading content

5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the humanization service. We do not claim ownership of your content or use it for any other purpose.
6. Payment Terms
For paid plans:
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase
- You may cancel at any time; access continues until period end
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WriteNinja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
